It worked a treat here.

You're welcome, Kim. :-)

Thanks, Johanna!

Nice work, Penny - if only I had them in the house too. :-P

Kurma, thanks for stopping by with some extra tips! I actually didn't get the water boiling before adding the milk - my scrawled notes obviously weren't detailed enough. Now that you've mentioned it though we can all get it right next time. Cheers.

Ingenious, Nudbot! It'd be easy to get some neat cheese cubes from a set-up like that. :-)

You're welcome Lexi! It definitely doable at home.Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07147906610629741961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33131521.post-46699378627618818502010-06-13T08:42:32.793+10:002010-06-13T08:42:32.793+10:00I've always wondered if paneer was makeable at...I've always wondered if paneer was makeable at home. Perhaps you did that, but it wasn't clear on your description. And also, if you use yogurt as a coagulant, the panir will be quite a bit better. But you knew that :) Kurmakurmahttp://www.kurma.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33131521.post-10052594354072356582010-06-09T23:00:46.653+10:002010-06-09T23:00:46.653+10:00And also thanks to you, I made paneer!
