I should make that kind of one-pot meal more often.

Hi 3HT! I'd love to see your recipe. We made paneer from milk and lemon juice once in a cooking class. It was delicious but used a LOT of milk. :-)Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07147906610629741961noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33131521.post-31461089539680654522010-01-25T15:36:01.023+11:002010-01-25T15:36:01.023+11:00I must share my paneer recipe with you. it is a lo...I must share my paneer recipe with you. it is a lot cheaper and nicer to make your own.3 hungry tummieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12815699243459000530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33131521.post-88076712161953754432010-01-25T11:49:10.391+11:002010-01-25T11:49:10.391+11:00Yum! I make a similar rice dish, but it's meant to be Moroccan (that's what the book says), same as above, but with ginger and garlic, cinnamon stick rather than ground and stock rather than water. Served with toasted slivered almonds, raisins and yoghurt. Sometime I throw in some veg to make a one pot meal.Nudbothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15559993979543500185noreply@blogger.com
